Hello! If you’re like me, you want to eat more vegetables, but you never know how to cook them! Below is a SUPER simple recipe on how to make some bomb asparagus. I’ve never really used measurements, I just kind of give a pinch of this and a pinch of that, so feel free to change this recipe to make it your own! There are no rules in cooking!
8 oz. asparagus tips (I usually buy these from Wegmans “cleaned and cut” in a bag).
3 cloves garlic
1 tbsp. olive oil
¼ cup Parmesan cheese
Heat the oil in a nonstick pan to medium-low. Be careful because if you heat the oil too hot, your garlic will burn. Add garlic and asparagus and cover, turning occasionally for 12 minutes. Check to see if asparagus is tender. If not, cook another 5-7 minutes. Add Parmesan and serve!
